How to Download Website Contents Automatically

Just use available software, that u obtain free download. I recommends you to use this three kinds of software. Wget, Httrack, or WinWSD. Why just three software? Because i just have experience using three kind of that. šŸ˜€ If you can find out more, you can share, right? ^__^ Those tools are helping you enough to download website contents automatically. For your information this software i use it in Windows.

1. Wget

What is wget? Ā It is kind of download manager. You can download all contents in a website pages automatically. You can download itĀ here. Then let’s join the instruction below

After you download then you have to remember where you put your wget in. Wget is binary file, so you can execute it with just double click

  • Open your command line prompt
  • Move to directory cd C:\
  • Make sure Ā that wget and folder which contains of website download – at the same folder.
  • Then make a directory in drive C. For example C:\> cd md \site-example\. If you want to check wheter the folder “site -example exist in C drive or not, U just type cd site-example.
  • Let’s type command wget -m (your URL website which would like to download). For example : wget -mĀ http://arumsha.wordpress.com/
  • Just press your enter šŸ™‚ That’s all

2. Httrack

This is user friendly to use. You can download httrack here. After you installed it, you run.

  • Press next
  • Then you have to fill project name and base path (base path it mean where you will put the result of your download). Press next.
  • Fill the address URL taht you will be captured, and you can choose one of actions based on your need.
  • Just click Next, then Finish. You will can see the next execution progress like the picture below.

3. Win WSD

It’s so useful ones. You can download here. If you cannot captured well using wget and HTTrack, WinWSD is recommended for you (This is based on my experience). Sometimes, the conditions of each website is not good. Actually I still don’t know exactly reasons :D. Just try and use, and you know the differences of them.^__^ :p

After you download,

  • You have to make a project
  • Make a folder then save it the project
  • You just make a project name then save.
  • There is an windows dialog, will pop up after you save the name project. You Ā have to fill project name, and URL websites that you will download. Don’t forget to press “Add” button. And you can choose one of project type that you will download.
  • Just ok, then wait till the run finish

How to replace newline character to space using Ms.Word

In sounds of our hearing, i’t so simple way. How to replace a newline (well known as ENTER) become to space in Ms.Word? Just backspace and do space after that, right? But, are you sure for done by that way? Ā if you found just not one “enter” to be replaced, you just use Ā this way :

replace ^p with ” ” (blank space) or the others characters.

Return unhidden folders/files of Removable Disk in Windows

Freta,my friend in KS 3’s zone have shocked because of hidden folders in her hardisk. She told me viruses attacked then made all folders hidden. Honestly, i haven’t gotten this problem yet. But well, she told that her friend in the other area can solve this problem. Hmm ya. It’s so amazing when i openned its removable disk in my Linux Fedora 15, no one Ā folders and files hidden.

Just browse it to find this question,”how to unhidden folders,windows” so what is the answer?, almost reference tells something how to organize folder,and well it’s so simple way to solve i think. But its way doesn’t work, because this folders/files have injected by hidden viruses. So let’s take this way, friend :

  • open your command prompt
  • change directories C: become directory of your removable disk, for example your directory placed in “H:\” so just have to type “H:” then ENTER.
  • then type this command ATTRIBĀ *.* -S -H -R /S /D

Convert to Grid : ArcView

Setelah intro dari kisah sepanjang pagi-siang, postingan ini melengkapi dari postingan sebelumnya Adakah yang Salah??? (lebih spesifik dari permasalahan SIG tentang menyimpan data Grid yang sempat membuat hari-hari menjadi terbuang sia-sia. Tapi ternyata pikiran sia-sia itu tidak sia-sia. Mengingat melalui diskusi bersama dikelas, dan diruang dosen, tidak bisa menemukan jawaban atas kebimbangan yang melanda saya selama dua malam. (Luebay….:D šŸ˜€ :D) Ā Beneran lega udah ketemu solusinya.

Khususnya buat teman-teman yang kuliah SIG sekelas yang menemukan permasalahan ketika Convert to Grid dan disave ternyata hasil save tersebut tidak bisa diambil, dan data yang bisa diambil hanyalah data Image, ternyata hasil save itu kalau bisa jangan diletakkan di dalam suatu folder yang di dalamnya ada folder lagi. Jadi lebih baik membuat folder tersendiri di dalam suatu partisi, jangan meletakkannya folder dalam folder secara bertingkat. Atau bisa juga hasil tersebut diletakkan di dalam temprorary file yang sudah disediakan ketika pertama kali ingin save data to Grid tersebut. Sehingga ketika prose pengambilan theme pada view, data grid tersebut bisa dibaca.

Saya lakukan hal ini pada ArcView yang ada di dalam virtual Box dengan OS Windows XP, dan Arcview yang berjalan diatas Windows 7. Karena sebelumnya saya curiga dan mengobati rasa penasaran saya.

Jurnal

Jurnal merupakan salah satu bahan referensi jika ingin mengadakan sebuah riset atau penelitian untuk menulis. Dan Jurnal ini sangat familiar sekali di telinga mahasiswa mahasiswi yang akan maupun sedang menjalani Tugas Akhir S1. Sepertinya karena saya segera mengalami masa-masa itu dalam waktu dekat, maka saya terbesit pikiran untuk mencari referensi atau link-link jurnal yang berkaitan dengan bidang ilmu yang saya tekuni hampir kurang lebih dalam kurun waktu 3,5 tahun ini, yaitu bidang Computer Science.

Filtering dan Labeling pada Gmail

Nah kali ini mungkin cara yang simple banget buat diposting,tapi yach sempet bingung juga pas bikin filtering pada email di Gmail.Hehe….mungkin agak katrok. Ya berawal dari ke-katrokan ini ada sedikit ilmu yang bisa ditambah maupun dibagi. Berikut yang harus dilakukan saat membuat filter pada Gmail :

  • Punya account Gmail. Hukumnya fardu a’in.Gimana kalo ga punya account di gmail kemudian buat filtering di Gmail??? Please dech….
  • Log in. Yach… fardu a’in juga nih.
  • Habis login,kemudian langsung aja klik link create a filter sebagaimana ditunjukkan gambar .

  • Kemudian akan muncul tampilan create filter sebagaimana telah ditunjukkan pada gambar. Nah “from” itu diisi email yang masuk dari siapa yang mau di filter,contoh disini adalah “facebook“. Kemudian “to” itu kalo emang setiap pesan yang masuk mau di sending ulang ke email orang (emang selain orang, makhluk hidup yang lain punya email yach….ckckckck). “subject” ya..bisa diisi bisa enggak, semacam kaya compose email biasa subjectnya itu.okay????? then, has the words itu kalimat yang mengandung kata “facebook” akan difilter juga. Doesn’t have gak usah diisi dech…Langsung lanjut Next Step.

  • Nah selanjutnya keluar gambar seperti dibawah nih. Bikin label biar enak pada option apply the label pilih ajah new label.. Setelah label terbentuk beri centang pada kotak kecil di samping kiri tulisan apply the label.Dan don’t forget ngasih centang pada kotak kecil yang terletak di sebelah kanan tombol Create filter. Itulah yang membuatku pusing bentar sih..(jaim mode),karena ternyata filter gak jadijadi gara-gara belum dicentang.Hummm….Then klik aja button “Create filter”.

  • Jadi dech.terlihat label facebook dengan warna biru pada sidebar sebelah kiri (yang diberi tanda panah). Warna dari labe bisa diganti-ganti sesuai keinginan. Berhubung aku nich maniak banget ama biru ya sampelnya biru:-). Dan semua yang berhubungan dengan email yang dari facebook langsung ada labelnya.

Ternyata mudah. Kalo gag dicoba mana tahu kalo masing dung..dung..Enak misal kalo yang datang account dari facebook grudukan dateng dan menuhin inbox bisa dihapus tanpa harus mencentangnya satu-satu…Bisa capek dan terlebih membosankan…Hehe…

Sudah lama rasanya tidak cuap-cuap di blog jadul yang super sederhana ini…. Iya….masalah koneksi dengan internet lah…masalah gak punya waktu lah (Sebenarnya…..gak ngluangin waktu kali ya….he…), masalah terbesar adalah MAU NULIS APA YA???? (hwe’e’e’e lebay….) Ya sudahlah…mungkin blog yang telah vakum kurang lebih 1 semester ini semoga tidak vakum2 banget lah minimal….

Saatnya menulis lagi……!!!! ^.^
